		<description>What an awful thing for the city to say that they are not welcome. The city makes it self sound very foolish. It reminds me of the story my Dad told me of when he was in ROTC at Iowa State in the 1970's and his peers would spit on him when he wore his uniform on campus. If people are able to see that maybe they were to harsh on the soldiers of the Vietnam era why can't they see it now?</description>
